Validity of online registration of property
As per my builder I can register my property without visiting registry office. i need to make payment fees online to govt site and need to forward receipt to them along with other documentation like signature photo etc. Please confirm is this valid/authentic process? will it be any problem in future?. If I follow this process for registration, can i update those details in future at registry office?

The land can be registered online that depends on state to state as of whether the stamp duty can be made online or not and after that verification of a document is required by going to the office. The land registration and application form can be either downloaded online or obtained from the concerned authority’s office in the state. After the verification of form details and the related documents of the concerned person, the land is registered in a matter of days, and this marks the completion of the registration process and establishing the full-accredit ownership of the property.
