I m working in a govt hospital under n.c.t. Of govt through icsil (contractor company) under Labour act through last 40days but on contract paper they not mention any kind of leave of annual. They by oraly said that only you have 8 casual leave annually and no festival leave no sick leave no earn leave. So can you tall me what the right of Labour under Labour act and how much leave issue to a Labour through Labour act per year.
