Non Repayment of a loan is not a criminal case, hence you will not be arrested for this. The Bank has sent you a legal notice to go to the Lok Adalat, where there will be conciliation. This is not the same as a court proceeding, it is much less formal and less procedural as compared to Court Proceedings. Kindly go to the proceedings and present your case before the opposite party and the Members of the Lok Adalat.
