Dear sir, I am not been able to withdraw the amount from my savings bank account of my deceased father, Dena bank rules says I need 2 wintesses signature and their documents viz AADHAR Card, electricity bill and PAN number, photocopies of all 3 documents duly signed by them? Under this situation how can a lawyer help me?

I am afraid a lawyer cannot help you as Dena Bank is following RBI’s Banking Code regulations with regards to savings account.  You have to follow their instructions for recovery and there is no alternative.
